We Build Your PM Plan
Around How You Actually Operate
Generic maintenance schedules are built for average use. Your fleet isn’t average — and the way your vehicles are used directly determines when and what they need. We ask the right questions and build a plan around your actual operation. Complimentary for every fleet account.
How Loaded Is the Vehicle?
Heavy loads stress cooling systems, brakes, and suspension faster. A fully loaded delivery van needs a very different service interval than one running light.
Highway or City Driving?
City driving is brutal on brakes, transmissions, and cooling. Highway miles are harder on tires and drivetrains at sustained load. Both need a different approach.
Gas or Diesel?
Diesel engines — especially Sprinters — have unique maintenance requirements and failure patterns. Knowing your fuel type changes our entire recommendation immediately.
How Many Miles Per Day?
A vehicle doing 200 miles a day compresses standard intervals dramatically. Time-based schedules don’t work — mileage-based ones do.
